now the money comin slow…
Let's take a look at the office exchange rates; there was some serious rises in the PiBuck over the past week. The TravBuck took a plunge, but both are still show a strong comparison to the US and Canadian dollar.
1 .00 PiD = 1.120266 CAD
1.00 TvD = 0.982077 CAD
a strange arrangement
here are some songs. that i like. not all of us are as fancy as craig with his "themes" and whatever, but give it a listen anyways, you might hear something you like.
Monday-Morning-Sunset-Grease-Blues
Another signature weekend has come to a close. After another Monday Sunset Grease week start up, it's time for the obvs team to get back to the office life for another week. This one goes out to the backbone of the obvs team, Tammy... we love you.

After a late night at Wrongbar, I'm feeling a bit under the weather...dog-dangling Saturday afternoon/morning. Fortunately it's another big Saturday night. Mooseblood is playing in Oshawa, and there's some bday parties around the city. Thanks again to GrooveShark for allowing this SaturDAY not to be a complete waste.
All Hail Groove shark
Let's face it. There is nothing you can really bank on in the online music world. I remember filling up my minidisk player, cranking Winamp and leeching off IRC thinking 'how could it get any better?', soon after we were blessed with Napster, followed by bit torrents and the streaming boom, internet radio was around forever right?. Lately I got lazy and have just started streaming what I need, its better then gambling on a song your not sure of. Sure I still buy and download full albums and stock my iPod. Streaming music along with current bandwidth advancements has given me a problem free experience that has me spending more time on Hypemachine then I do in my Itunes, Again I asked... "How could it get any better?".
The good people over at Grooveshark have shown me. They pretty much offer any song under the sun streaming for free. You can create your own playlists and share with your friends. The best part is they even have a flash "widgit" which lets me and the rest of the obvs team to make play lists and drop them right on the blog.
Just head to the site, make a playlist and click export. Should make for some fun mix sharing, God knows we are to lazy to actually make CDS and exchange them!
